Unsere internationale IP-Praxis, mit einem Schwerpunkt in Patentstreitverfahren, agiert von Düsseldorf, London, Mailand, Paris und Shanghai aus. Wir vertreten Unternehmen aus unterschiedlichen Branchen (u.a. Life Science und TMT) und beraten sie im gewerblichen Rechtsschutz einschließlich Patentrecht, Urheberrecht sowie Designs und angrenzenden Bereichen (z.B. Arzneimittelrecht, Wettbewerbsrecht, Lizenzverträge).
