Position Summary: Has the responsibility to receive in coming deliveries and transports to appropriate departments. Qualifications and Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Valid NYS Drivers License Knowledge of principals and processes for providing customer and personal services Willingness to embrace and exemplify St. John's Brand Characteristics Position Responsibilities: Receives in coming deliveries and transports to appropriate dept Inventories deliveries pertinent to Purchasing and process paperwork Maintains filing system for Purchasing Coordinates with other work sections on large volume deliveries. Beds, mattresses, furniture. Covers for Purchasing Agent when not available Issues office supplies: type writer ribbons, batteries, envelopes, etc Keep upper and lower dock areas organized. Responsibilities
