JOB SUMMARY:

Meneses Law is rapidly growing and seeking a motivated, experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running with little to no training. This position requires an individual who understands the recruitment process and metrics, can handle a high-volume recruitment workload, and is comfortable with fast-paced and evolving demands. The ideal candidate will be experienced in sourcing, screening, and hiring for various positions, with an in-depth understanding of the recruitment lifecycle. You must be prepared to work independently, meet recruitment targets, and contribute to our expansion efforts.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Proven experience in candidate sourcing and resume screening, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting platforms and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills for conducting phone interviews and providing a positive candidate experience.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple candidate pipelines simultaneously.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative in a high-demand environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all candidate qualifications are aligned with departmental needs.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet recruitment deadlines.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Human Resource.
  • 4 or more years of recruitment experience.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

Education/ Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree, knowledge of MS Office and MacOS.

Communication Skills:

  • Ability of reading comprehension, writing, speaking to others to convey information effectively, active listening and interpreting instructional documents. English/ Spanish bilingual oral communication is a must.

Work Hours:

  • Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm + 2 Saturdays, per month. Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and company need.

Responsibilities
  • Use multiple recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) to identify and source qualified candidates for various roles across all departments.
  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications, ensuring they meet the job requirements for various positions within the company.
  • Conduct phone interviews to determine candidate fit for the role and for Meneses Law’s culture. Ask key screening questions to assess skills, experience, and availability.
  • Understand specific job requirements and ensure candidates are a good fit for their departments.
  • Maintain an organized record of candidates in a database, including active, passive, and hired candidates, and update candidate status regularly.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Ensure recruitment goals and metrics are met for all open roles by effectively managing candidate sourcing and screening.
  • Handle candidate information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of the employer.
