Description Manage all parts ordering for used vehicle reconditioning (Internal RO's). Source OEM, aftermarket, and alternative parts as appropriate to balance cost, quality, and speed. Ensure parts availability aligns with recon timelines and vehicle prioritization. Monitor parts ETA's and proactively communicate delays or issues. Price parts accurately to used car RO's in alignment with approved margins. Actively seek cost saving opportunities (price matching, alternative sourcing, returns). Identify and escalate pricing discrepancies or excessive recon costs\Support departmental gross profit goals while protecting used car profitability. Requirements Must be over 18 Must have a valid drivers license Be committed to 100% customer satisfaction Possess phone skills for both employee and customer interactions Have basic computer skills. Training will be provided for necessary programs Be organized, timely, professional and courteous
