Duties and Responsibilities Perform vehicle inspections to identify needed mechanical and cosmetic repairs Complete basic maintenance services such as oil changes, brakes, batteries, and fluid checks Document all work performed and communicate needed repairs with service advisors or management Assist with cosmetic reconditioning including buffing, light interior cleaning, and trim repairs Ensure all vehicles meet safety and quality standards before being moved to the front line Maintain reconditioning logs and meet daily production targets Operate and move vehicles safely around the dealership and service areas Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures Qualifications 1+ year of experience in general automotive maintenance or repair Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA. All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of reconditioning or dealership service experience Familiarity with multi-point inspections and light mechanical repairs Experience working with internal service departments or used vehicle operations Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines
