JOB DESCRIPTION
A) Reconciliation
1. Perform daily reconciliation and balancing for Deposits, Cards & Unsecured Loans
B) Investigation
1. Identify discrepancies in financial reports and transaction records.
2. Investigate and resolve reconciliation issues.
3. Escalate to Team Manager on any other exceptions.
4. Apply the knowledge learnt & propose ideas to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
C) Others
1. Assist and support TM/TL in system enhancements or process improvement project.
2. Document and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Requirements
Min. 2 years of experience in financial institutions, with knowledge in reconciliation would be an added advantage.
Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Good team player
Positive thinking and able to work independently.
