RECONCILIATION ANALYST - JP MORGAN - BOURNEMOUTH - 6 MONTHS CONTRACT - HYBRID - PAYE

We are seeking a Reconciliation Analyst to join Nutmeg, JP Morgan’s Digital Wealth Management business, in their CASS Governance and Oversight team in Bournemouth initially until the end of the year with the possibility to go permanent thereafter. We are open to candidates with transferable skills as per the requirements below.

ORGANIZATION DESCRIPTION

The CASS Governance & Oversight and UK Outsourcing Governance team are responsible for the design, implementation and oversight of the governance frameworks that ensure that the International Consumer bank (ICB) is able to comply with UK client asset rules set by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and outsourcing requirements set by the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA).

JOB DESCRIPTION

Working within the CASS Governance & Oversight team, you will be responsible for the production of CASS related regulatory reporting submissions and the performance of the client money reconciliation.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Ability to work under pressure to set deadlines
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of the CASS rules would be advantageous.

Experience:

  • Account reconciliation: 1 year (preferred)
  • Balance sheet reconciliation: 1 year (preferred)
  • Microsoft Excel: 3 years (required)
  • Numeracy: 3 years (required
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Completion of the client money reconciliation on a daily basis, working with business lines to understand and resolve any discrepancies that are identified.
  • Creation of daily and monthly MI.
  • Assisting with any ad hoc tasks or projects when required.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ROLE WILL BE WORKING ONSITE 4 DAYS PER WEEK WITH 1 DAYS WFH. WHEN WORKING FROM HOME YOU’LL REQUIRE YOUR OWN DEVICE.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: £150.00-£250.00 per day
