Description

Manage complex processes and/or support significant process management/project efforts Lead in process improvement, project management or technology development and testing across multiple teams and/or divisions Analyse and expose ambiguous, complex issues or non-standard issues, identify risks, root causes and propose future actions, tracking through to resolution Liese with custodians on aged breaks, understand the themes and execute proactive measures in fixing the root cause Work with reconciliation team, technology, vendor on data load process > Relevant change management, Project management or Investment operations experience Ability to assess current state and future state requirements Document future state process flows, incorporating requirements and obtain stakeholder signoffs Understanding and implementation of AI, experience in power tools like Power BI, Alteryx, UI path, VBA macros Ability to operate independently with respect to most job responsibilities Ability to provide positive and constructive feedback and innovate processes Strong communication skills - clear, concise, and appropriate method of delivery Strong team player, with ability to manage deliverables on tight deadlines Strong overview ability Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic that works effectively in cross-functional team environment Strong analytical, organizational and documentation skills Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities.
