Job Description GlobeMed Group, the largest Healthcare Benefits Management company in the MENA region is looking for a Reconciliation Coordinator to perform billing & reporting of International Claims, follow up on collection, reconciliation, and other related tasks required. Duties & Responsibilities: Perform billing of the international claims and admin fees received from G-operations. Follow up on collection of international claims billed. Perform reconciliation of international guarantors’ Perform reconciliation of “GlobeMed-Operations’ account. Prepare international claims ageing report. Handle the excel TPA system or/and other similar system as assigned. Handle the Bank Transfers to the operations Perform miscellaneous job-related and other accounting duties as assigned. Handle a proper and accurate filing for accounting and other related documents Qualifications Education: Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance Experience/Knowledge: Proficiency in Excel 1-3 year of experience in Accounting Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, excel, and any other accounting system Fluent in English and Arabic Skills/Competencies: Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to meet stringent deadlines Ability to prioritize, and follow up on impeding matters Understand how and when to escalate issues Organized and well structured
