YOUR CHALLENGE Verify and reconcile cash and securities transactions, including trades, settlements, and positions, to ensure accuracy and completeness Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or differences between internal records and external statements, such as bank statements or custodian reports Analyse and investigate any exceptions or unusual items identified during the reconciliation process, and escalate to management as necessary Evaluate and escalate issues and ensure appropriate oversight of differences is in place with functions that own them Apply product knowledge to ensure the correct rules set up for data and swift feeds into the reconciliation tool set Collaborate and work closely with other teams to ensure that all transactions are properly accounted for and that any issues are promptly addressed Developing, maintaining, and updating procedures and checklists to ensure that reconciliations are performed efficiently and effectively Identify process improvement opportunities and implement process steps improvements Meet deadlines for reconciliations, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment YOUR PROFILE Reliable team player with a high degree of accountability and self-direction Strong interpersonal skills & able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meticulously Strong team-player with can-do attitude Independent, reliable and precise way of working Problem solving skills, good communicator, excellent presentation skills Solution oriented and intrinsically motivated to deliver a tailor-made service for our clients Flexible, reliable and resilient personality Lifelong learning attitude, continuously develop new skills & develop team members Seeking new challenges, continuous changes and ongoing improvements Multiple years of relevant work experience paired with extensive expertise Good Understanding of risks and controls Fluent in English, local language is a plus Advanced in MS Office Higher education with focus on business administration, finance or banking Expert in defining process and/or system improvements, experience in change the bank topics Good understanding of agile project management We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
