Requirements:

  • Degree or relevant studies in finance, economics or accounting
  • Previous experience in reconciliation, accounting, financial control or a related field
  • Advantage for candidates with background in working with payment systems or processors
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel with advanced analytical capabilities
  • Strong command of written and spoken English
  • Ability to work with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills to investigate data discrepancies, identify anomalies and perform in depth reviews
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment and contribute positivel

Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily financial reconciliations with payment processors ensuring all transactions and settlements are recorded accurately
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies quickly to maintain reliable and up to date financial data
  • Work closely with finance, operations and product teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and automation in reconciliation workflows with processors
