The role of a Reconditioning Technician is vital within our organization. This position involves inspecting and removing electronic gas and brake systems, digitally controlled joystick driving systems, and adaptive equipment from vehicles. Key responsibilities include following written service orders, troubleshooting equipment and adaptations, ensuring high-quality work that meets company standards, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Follow instructions provided in written service orders. Remove previously installed adaptive equipment from vehicles. Identify and resolve issues with equipment and adaptations. Complete all tasks within specified timeframes.   High school diploma or GED is mandatory. Diagnostic experience in the automotive industry. Strong electrical and/or automotive wiring skills. Proficiency in working with hydraulic and electrical systems. Exceptional customer service experience. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
