We’re seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Automotive Reconditioning Technician to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring our pre-owned and new vehicles are showroom ready, helping to maintain high standards of appearance and quality. Key Responsibilities Inspect vehicles and identify necessary repairs or cosmetic improvements Perform paint touch-ups, minor bodywork, dent removal, and scratch repairs Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors to dealership standards Replace or repair worn or damaged parts such as trim, molding, and lights Coordinate with sales and service departments to prioritize vehicle reconditioning Maintain tools and equipment in a clean, safe working environment Assist with vehicle inspections and reporting on reconditioning progress Other duties as assigned by management.
