We’re looking for an experienced and driven Team Leader to lead a team of remote outbound callers dedicated to reconnecting with lost/lapsed leads on behalf of our clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a results-driven culture and knows how to motivate and manage a performance-based team.
As the Team Leader, you’ll oversee daily operations, coach staff on best practices, and ensure our outreach efforts consistently drive engagement, conversions, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leadership: Lead engaging sales training and coaching sessions, motivate an existing sales team and continually develop a growing team.
  • Onboarding – Support the onboarding of new team members with training and support.
  • Sales Process: Ensure the team are following the correct process in line with campaign requirements.
  • Campaigns – Work with key team members and oversee campaigns.
  • Meet KPIs: Strive to exceed KPI’s, individual and team monthly & quarterly targets
  • Reporting: Provide regular activity reports and quantifiable objective measurements.
  • Development: Work with key stakeholders to drive the project forward to improve results, improve efficiency and create tickets for development, raise any issues, bugs improvements through the ticket system.
  • Strategic Thinking: Identify and raise to key stakeholders’ areas for project improvement

REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE:

  • Minimum 2+ years in a sales team leadership or call centre management role.
  • B2C and B2B experience within previous roles
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to balance responsibilities while guiding the team to stay on track and meet goals
  • Know how to inspire, coach, and develop team members to achieve their best
  • Are proactive, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve team performance
