Responsibilities
  • Ensure bank booking and accounts reconciliation
  • Accruals, prepayments and payroll booking and reconciliation
  • Perform manual journal entries and General ledger postings
  • Manage Fixed assets reconciliation, depreciation booking, capitalization and write-off
  • Manage Monthly Business Report of Balance Sheet, Ageing and Liquidity
  • Create and update General Ledger accounts
  • In charge of intercompany reconciliation and Reporting
  • Prepare VAT returns and VAT accounts reconciliation
  • Intrastate preparation
  • Manage Factoring activities
