What You Will Do:
Are you ready to be part of a team that powers communities and supports innovation? Trico Electric Cooperative is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Marana, Arizona.
This position plays a vital role in overseeing the Cooperative’s records lifecycle—from creation and classification to storage, retrieval, and secure destruction. This position requires a high degree of confidentiality, attention to detail, and analytical skill, as it involves processing a wide variety of complex documents and ensuring compliance with records retention policies. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization’s retention record and document destruction schedule. The role also includes managing secure access to finalized files and facilitating document sharing across teams.
This position combines technical capability with project management experience, particularly in the integration of multiple software platforms. It requires a self-starter who is proactive, collaborative, and eager to engage in hands-on learning. The ability to work independently while partnering cross-functionally is critical. As the Cooperative continues to expand its use of digital tools and data-driven practices, this role is expected to evolve—offering opportunities for growth in areas such as data analytics, system integration, and enterprise content management.
