Key Responsibilities: · Organize and maintain Quality Assurance/Quality Control records; compile data packages to be sent to customers · Maintain drawing and documentation packets · Ensure contract data is current, available, and is distributed accordingly · Maintain timely communication with internal departments and external vendors and customers · Maintain gauge calibration data and records · Track Key Performance Indicators for the Quality department · Contribute to a clean and safe work environment; adhere to all safety procedures · Other duties as assigned What We Offer: 401k – 4% match on 5% deferrals PTO – Up to 5 weeks Employer Paid Life Insurance Employer Paid Short-term Disability Generous Health Insurance Coverage Dental Insurance AND Vision Insurance Safety Shoes & Glasses reimbursements Employee Appreciation Events Requirements Qualifications: · 2+ years experience in a records management or administrative role · Strong communication skills, both written and verbal · Computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) · Good time management skills; able to meet deadline constraints · Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team environment with shifting priorities · Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset · Ability to multi-task Related Military Job Codes: We value military experience and recognize transferable skills.
