Overview Dental Records Coordinator – Full-Time Locations: Galloway, Mullica Hill, Washington Township & Mays Landing, NJ Pay Range: $20 – $22 per hour TenBrook Orthodontics is seeking an experienced Dental Records Coordinator to join our established and growing orthodontic team. This position plays a key role in ensuring each patient’s diagnostic records are accurate, complete, and ready for treatment planning. As part of our clinical support team, you’ll work closely with providers and assistants to deliver exceptional patient care while maintaining high standards for documentation and image quality. Responsibilities You will be responsible for the following: Capture and maintain orthodontic records, including photos, scans, and x-rays Ensure all patient records are complete and organized before consultations Support treatment planning and clinical coordination Travel regularly between Galloway, Mullica Hill, Washington Township, and Mays Landing offices Qualifications You will be required to possess the following: Active New Jersey Dental X-Ray License (required) Minimum 1 year of dental or orthodontic experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
You will capture and maintain orthodontic records, ensuring they are complete and organized before consultations. Additionally, you will support treatment planning and clinical coordination while traveling between multiple office locations.
