Description Job Summary: Supervises the maintenance of student records and provides reports in accordance with U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) rules and regulations. Implements and monitors center internal controls and policies to ensure quality and integrity in all data generated. Duties/Responsibilities: Ensures that the Center maintains the highest level of Data Integrity in all reporting of Center statistics and metrics, effectively implements the Career Systems Development Quality Assurance Plan and Procedure. (QAPP). Daily oversight of the Student Records department and one direct report. Coordinates with other departments to ensure the currency and accuracy of records dealing with trainees’ movement to, within or from the Center. Daily interaction with trainees and staff to provide the needed program information. Manages the program enrollment and separation process for all trainees. Coordinates and ensures proper completion of Job Corps forms and controls flow of same between departments and related off-center agencies. Other duties assigned. Requirements Qualifications: Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar program. Two years’ experience working with youth in a school, workforce program, or similar setting and two years’ supervisory/management experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience in lieu of the bachelor’s degree is acceptable. Preferred: In order to perform the essential job functions of this position, candidate must have regular attendance. Knowledge: Proficient in the use of a personal computer; working knowledge of word processing and math spreadsheet, and electronic mail software applications. Thorough knowledge of office management procedures and recordkeeping functions. Sound management techniques. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Good organizational skills.
