What you will do… • Develops and administers the extensive data collection and records maintenance program for all records (i.e., hard copy & electronic) within the central office and field offices of the Division of Oil & Gas. • Establishes procedures for maintenance of records, efficient storage of records, naming conventions of records, and the inventory of records. • Provides advice and consultation on records management and data collection to agency records contact, Division personnel, and others. • Establishes records retention schedules based upon their administrative, legal, and fiscal value. • Directly supervises the work of Records Management Officers by coordinating duties and procedures as well as verifying the accuracy of prepared, sorted, scanned, and indexed documents. • Starting hourly pay of $24.97/hr with multiple pay increases over your first 3.5 years of service, with an end salary of $30.40/hr. • There may also be cost of living adjustments (COLA) applied. Longevity pay supplements begin after five (5) years of state service.
