This fully remote, full-time role involves conducting desktop-based investigations and record retrievals to support insurance claims and fraud investigations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong work ethic, possesses excellent analytical skills, and has a passion for uncovering information. Essential job functions include, but are not limited to: Conduct desktop investigations using online databases and public records to locate individuals, assets, and background information Retrieve various records, including court documents, police reports, medical records, and death certificates Perform searches across multiple jurisdictions: county, state, and federal criminal and civil courts, sex offender registries, and sanction/debarment lists Prepare clear, concise, and objective investigative reports Review case assignments and documentation to determine investigative objectives and client expectations Maintain accurate daily timesheets and expense reports Provide litigation support and assist with subpoena-related tasks Communicate professionally with internal teams and clients Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive or graphic content with discretion Requirements Records Retrieval Research Investigator candidates must have: Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to analyze and synthesize large volumes of information Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize and multitask Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC literacy Typing speed of 50+ WPM Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment Must pass comprehensive background checks (National, Federal, and County) Willingness to adapt to unpredictable schedules and changing priorities Ability to work during corporate business hours Ability to model behaviors that reflect Frasco’s core values If required by your residential state, a private investigator's license or the ability to obtain one Preferred Qualifications/Experience: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in investigations, record research, or a litigation support environment Strong knowledge of public records, subpoenas, and investigative research techniques Military veterans are strongly encouraged to apply Multilingual is a plus Additional Information: Approximately 40 hours per week Opportunities for cross-training and career development Start your career with a leader in the investigations industry that is financially stable, experiencing considerable growth, and whose history spans over 60 years!
