Description Role: Dental Records Technician / Orthodontic Records Technician Job Type: Full - Time Pay Range: $18.00-$20.00/hr Description: Records Technicians plays a vital role in ensuring each patient receives excellent treatment! They are responsible for the sterilization of instruments for the clinical team and updating patient records with 100% accuracy! We are looking for people who are: Flexible Committed Improvement focused Team focused Fun Curious Relationship focused Listeners who relate with people Self-Starters Eager to learn new skills Essential Job Functions: Manage patient records and provide office tours when onboarding a new patient Take patient x-rays and photos, including facial front, occlusal lower, intraoral right and left, etc. Knowledge and understanding of impressions and pouring models Accurately record keeping on all patients Ensure lab is fully stocked and backed up Assist both front and clinical team when needed Essential Job Skills: Communicates effectively and respectfully to Doctor and team Ability to demonstrate reliability and responsiveness to patients and team General knowledge and understanding of orthodontic treatment plans and care Displays strong interpersonal skills and has a customer service mindset Requirements Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Strong organizational skills Flexible Schedule Preferred Requirements: 1-2 years recent experience in dental environment Benefits: Competitive benefits package including PTO, health/vision/dental insurance, and company paid STD/LTD Robust 401k plan, including a company match up to 4% Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
