We are currently seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Records & Sterilization Technician to join our growing team!

Records Technician

• Greet patients warmly and help them feel comfortable during records appointments
• Take orthodontic records including photos, x-rays, and iTero scans
• Upload and organize records in patient files with attention to accuracy
• Communicate clearly with the clinical team about records and patient readiness

Sterilization Technician

• Sterilize and disinfect instruments according to Alberta Health regulations
• Ensure all operatories are stocked and clean throughout the day
• Maintain a smooth flow between sterilization and clinical areas
• Support the clinical team with setup and cleanup as needed
