THE ROLE: Account Support Advisor within the Asset Recovery Department
LOCATION: Grimsby
SALARY: Starting at £24,570 + benefits.
HOURS: 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday

• Liaising with customers to facilitate Voluntary Termination requests for their Hire Purchase agreements.
• Engaging with customers on the Debt Resolution work lists to discuss the best path forward regarding their account.
• Communicating with IVA companies, ensuring we receive dividend payments, processing IVAs accurately, and submitting Proof of Debt forms.
• Investigating accounts to obtain current and relevant customer details, including reviewing applications and performing job checks.
• Managing the collection of shortfallamounts following insurance claim settlements.
• To be the point of contact for Field Agents and Auction Houses who have been employed to act on our behalf.
