GURSTEL LAW FIRM, P.C. – Recoveries Administrative Assistant  JOB SUMMARY as the Recoveries Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including, but not limited to: * Assist management with day-to-day collection reports * Maintain schedules and timecards for department employees and report inconsistencies to management * Prepare collection letters for attorney review * Pull calls for management and/or client review * Assist with the creation and distribution of daily work lists * Conduct file reviews for proper annotation, work steps, and appropriate activation * Process requests in the recode box * Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time * Be able to bend, lift, or carry up to 20 pounds * All other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS * High School diploma or equivalent GED required * 2+ years of prior administrative support experience  * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong MS Office skills, including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint * 50+ WPM typing skills * High degree of self-motivation and initiative * Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills * Based on skill level, experience and the ability to complete all the Recovery Administrative Assistant tasks, we have the following levels for the position, which are included, but not limited to when determining compensation: I: Entry level -The employee can handle half or less than half of the tasks independently. II: Moderate - The employee can handle roughly half to all of the tasks independently. III: Elite -The employee can handle all tasks at an extremely high level.
