Keoghs is a leading legal firm in the insurance sector and this is an ideal role if you want to take your first steps in a legal career. The role would suit someone who has legal experience but has not previously run their own caseload although the training and support provided mean that previous experience is not a requirement. This is a fast paced, vibrant department and we are looking for candidates willing to take responsibility for pre-litigation elements of the recovery process. Working efficiently to ensure that the financial recovery for the client is maximised and files which do not settle are prepared for litigation and transferred in a timely manner to achieve individual, team and department targets, KPI’s.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Reviewing instructions, sending our letter before action and initial correspondence to the policyholder and client and following any agreed escalation processes.
