This position is commission-only and provides an average annual income of approximately $60,000 - $100,000. What You'll Do: Asset Recovery Agents are responsible for locating and recovering vehicles for our clients in a timely and efficient manner, safely transporting vehicles, securing personal property, and documenting the condition of vehicles recovered. Asset Recovery Agents are also tasked with maintaining positive interactions with clients at all levels. Your leadership skills will play a pivotal role in shaping our company operations. Demonstrate your leadership skills by working as a team with other drivers and spotters, making independent repossession decisions, mastering technical skills, acting as a mentor to new drivers, and positioning yourself for future career growth by identifying workflow, process, and efficiency improvements. Strong leaders with exceptional technical ability can transition into roles such as Driver Team Lead, Assistant Division Manager, or Division Manager or move into leadership at other locations as our company expands.
