About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi You’ll be part of a dynamic and collaborative team dedicated to helping people regain independence after an accident. This is a desk-based role with no face-to-face client contact required, where you’ll support recovery through phone calls, emails and managing allocated tasks. In our team we work in a many-to-many model, meaning clients are supported by a team rather than relying on one individual. This ensures continuity of care, shared knowledge, and better outcomes for both clients and staff. Every interaction matters. You’ll be a reassuring voice and a link to practical support, helping clients navigate their recovery journey while balancing multiple workstreams in a busy environment. Hours for this role are set between 8am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Currently all working flexibility will be considered once training is complete. Start date for this role is 11 May 2026. We are recruiting for the Level 1 Recovery Assistant. Your role will include: Coordinating services and resources to support individual recovery plans Communicating with clients, providers and stakeholders to keep recovery on track (including delivering unfavourable decisions at times) Problem-solving complex situations and clearly explaining decisions Working across multiple systems to manage information accurately and efficiently About you | Mōu You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment and enjoy juggling a variety of tasks.
