Reporting and analysis of capital metrics and results in a Recovery scenario, in a manner consistent with Resolution capital metrics (RCAP and RCEN) Analyze capital metrics in a Recovery scenario to inform management decisions regarding the pre-positioning of capital Develop and manage processes for periodically refreshing capital metric inputs Develop an in-depth understanding of Recovery actions that impacts capital ------------------------------------------------------ Anticipated Posting Close Date: Jan 19, 2026 ------------------------------------------------------ Excellent analytical skills, with an ability to deliver insight and conclusions in a concise and logical manner suitable for senior management Experience developing and managing well controlled processes Proactive and able to work independently or as a team player Must be able to build strong relationships at all organizational levels and partner with many groups across functions and geographies Strong written and oral communication skills are a must Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, and work well under pressure in a fast paced environment Strong project management and organizational skills are highly recommended Prior experience in Resolution or Recovery planning or bank regulatory capital requirements are a plus Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge of business analytical tools such as Tableau, KNIME, Python are a plus Bachelor's Degree Business Acumen, Capital Planning and Management, Data Analysis, Financial Modeling, Internal Controls, Management Reporting, Problem Solving, Process Execution, Risk Identification and Assessment. ------------------------------------------------------
