About the opportunity An opportunity to join a multidisciplinary Community Mental Health Team providing recovery focused care to consumers experiencing mental illness. Part time position available 4 days per week - 08.30 - 17.00hrs Some opportunities to do extended hours shifts on Thursdays and Saturdays a Providing Case Management support to clients aged 16-65yrs Providing quality mental health and discipline specific, client centered assessment and treatment that is evidence based Works within a multidisciplinary team and lived experience workforce ABOUT YOU: Qualifications as RPN3, OT 2, SW 2, or P 2 A current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse; Occupational Therapist; Psychologist and eligible for Social Work Membership Endorsement Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team The ability to think critically and problem solve effectively Knowledge in different therapeutic techniques Knowledge about different referral pathways for clients requiring short- and long-term support Be consumer recovery focused care with consumers, inclusive of carers / families A good working knowledge of the Victorian Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022 and relevant legislation What you’ll bring You’re resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart. Responsibilities
