Kaihāpai focus on building strong, trust‑based relationships and supporting recovery outcomes in ways that respond to each person’s individual needs, preferences and circumstances. Working alongside kiritaki and their whānau, Kaihāpai help navigate ACC processes, coordinate rehabilitation activities, and support progress toward greater independence and, where appropriate, return to work. Responsibilities
