Description Isaiah House is looking for a dedicated and driven person to take on the role of Recovery Housing Associate in Louisville, KY. The RHA will assist residents in recovery by providing accountability, housing supervision, and maintenance in a sober living recovery community/housing setting. Requirements JOB SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS: Provide care for residents in Isaiah House After Care homes Provide medications to residents to self-administer when needed Complete weekly walkthroughs of property Facilitate weekly house meetings with residents Work with residents and staff to make sure residents are compliant with individualized treatment plans and aftercare housing contracts Administer UDS weekly to all residents of the home/community Any other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: Adheres to Isaiah House policies and procedures. Attends mandatory in-services and other training/educational programs as required.
