Your journey starts here! POSITION SUMMARY: The position will insure maintaining a well-stocked and safe recovery area, adhering to Villa Sport standards and task checklists. Recovery Associates will execute all responsibilities under the supervision of the Recovery and Spa Supervisor. They will manage the appointment system and guide members to suitable services, surpassing member expectations with a consistently cheerful demeanor. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE: $16.90 - $17.75 per hour, based on relevant experience to the role. Sick Time pay. 401K with dollar for dollar match up to 4%. Complimentary club membership. Proficient computer skills; able to learn new software and systems efficiently. Experience working for or managing a day spa or recovery center.
