Responsibilities
  • Assemble and disassemble equipment according to schematics and specifications.

  • Conduct repairs on faulty equipment using hand tools and power tools.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, providing excellent customer service throughout the repair process.
  • Perform heavy lifting as required during the assembly and repair of equipment.
  • Document all service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs performed using Apex
  • Attend roadside breakdowns as well as pre planned contractual call outs
