We are looking for a Recovery Specialist to join our Collection & Recovery team.  As Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customers facing payment challenges, driving cases forward, and ensuring optimal recovery in our financed portfolio. You will work in a structured way, assessing information and making fact-based decisions.  The role combines operational case management with deeper analysis. You handle multiple cases in parallel and drive them forward efficiently, while also having the ability to see the bigger picture and make well-founded assessments. A mix of tempo and structure suits you – sometimes quick decisions are needed, other times more analysis and reflection.  You will be a part of your Nordic Collection and Recovery team, consisting of 16 members across the Nordic countries. In this role, you will primarily handle Swedish cases, while also having opportunities to collaborate and contribute in a wider Nordic context.
