ABOUT THE ROLE The Recovery Specialist Supervisor (AM) plays a key leadership role within our residential milieu team. This position combines direct client engagement with staff supervision and coordination of daily program operations during morning hours. The ideal candidate is a confident, organized, and compassionate leader who thrives in a team environment, models professionalism, and supports both clients and colleagues with empathy and clear communication. Qualifications Experience in behavioral health, residential, or human services required. Prior supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Comfort managing a fast-paced, collaborative residential environment. Strong writing and documentation skills. Must hold a valid driver’s license in good standing. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Requirements Key Responsibilities and Requirements: Provide daily supervision, scheduling, and support to Recovery Specialist staff. Ensure smooth coordination of AM program operations (meals, groups, activities, transportation). Serve as a role model for effective boundaries, communication, and teamwork. Support clients through coaching, motivation, and day-to-day structure. Communicate effectively with clinical, medical, and administrative teams. Participate in staff training, supervision, and quality improvement efforts. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client activity and milieu events. Able to stand, walk, bend, sit for periods of 8 hours Able to and comfortable with working independently Able to and comfortable with driving a mini-van Able to lift, push, pull weight of 50 lbs.
