JOB DESCRIPTION

Contact with customers and attempt to initiate payment plans to resolve delinquent statuses.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Greater attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proficient knowledge of relevant computer programs such as MS office
• Must be punctual and dependable
• H.S. Diploma
• Customer Service Skills and Retail experience
• Pass drug and background check

• Make outbound phone calls to secure payment on past due accounts to zero balance
• Utilize a service-centric approach to offer resources, and solutions to secure payment
• Maintain confidential information, and update customer account files
• Ability to negotiate while maintaining sensitivity, tact, and professionalism
• Speak clearly, concisely, and effectively; listen to and understand information and ideas as presented in writing and/or verbally
• Ability to multi-task by speaking with customers and typing notes simultaneously
