The role As we prepare for another beautiful Perth summer, we are in need of individuals with outstanding customer service and a passion for keeping our guests safe around our Leisure facilities to join the Crown Resorts team as Part-Time and Casual Recreation Attendants. As a Recreation Attendant you will be responsible for working across a variety of areas across our Crown Perth Leisure Facilities, including either the Crown Towers Hotel Perth or Crown Metropol Hotel Perth swimming pools, their relative reception areas and retail kiosk desks. These are seasonal fixed-term contract positions. Successful candidates commencing on 14 September 2026 will be employed through to 7 March 2027, while those commencing on 21 September 2026 will be employed through to 25 April 2027 In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as: Provide consistent lifeguard duties to our guests in the Crown Metropol Hotel & Crown Towers Hotel pool areas Ensure guests are safe at all times around the Leisure facilities Provide a clean, tidy, safe and inviting environment for all guests Additional duties include reception tasks, telephone inquiries, customer service support About you You’ll bring the following: Experience as a public pool lifeguard or beach lifeguard (preferred) RLSSWA Pool Lifeguard Qualification Provide First Aid & Resuscitation Qualification Available between 6am - 9.30pm including weekends, public holidays and happy to work a rotational roster Hold or willing to obtain a current RSA certificate Willingness to work outdoors in the constant Perth Summer Heat Additional information To be successful, you’ll have: Ability to commit to 20-48 hours per fortnight Flexible availability that includes regular weekends and public holidays On top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
