Job Description Assist in planning, organizing, and conducting recreational, sports, and leisure activities for guests (e.g., yoga, water sports, beach games, cultural activities). Provide warm, friendly, and professional service, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience. Set up and maintain equipment and facilities in safe, clean, and working condition. Support the daily recreation schedule and assist guests in making activity bookings. Promote and encourage guest participation in resort activities. Ensure compliance with all safety and operational standards. Assist in kids’ activities and family entertainment programs when required. Maintain accurate records of participation and equipment usage. Work closely with the Recreation Supervisor and other departments to deliver excellent service. Qualifications Excellent communication skills Fluent in English and any additional language is an advantage. Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in recreation operation; preferably in a similar quality hotel. A friendly, outgoing behavior, able to involve and support operation. Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and conducting recreational activities for guests while providing warm and professional service. Ensure equipment and facilities are maintained in safe and clean condition and support the daily recreation schedule.
