THE JOB: This role reports to: Fitness and Recreation Manager & Director of Resort Operation We are looking for positive, hard-working, self-motivated individuals to join our fantastic team and assist us in making things better. You will provide excellent guest service and assist guests with check-in and access to the facilities. As well as be responsible for supervision of Recreation Attendants and delegation of tasks needed to operate all aspects of the Fitness & Recreation Departments. The Recreation Lead/Supervisor will work alongside their fellow Recreation Lead/Supervisors, Recreation Attendants. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a supervisory role in a recreational facility preferred Proven ability in communication and a collaborative work environment Creative personality with organizational skills and attention to detail Previous customer service experience preferred Positive, upbeat personality, desire to learn and able to multi-task Hours will vary-- flexible schedule required Able to transport and lift 35lbs and have no issues standing/walking around for long periods of time Work closely with other Club Attendants and guide on duties. Provide direct feedback and communication with the Recreation Manager. Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software programs Working Hours: This is a full-time position. Working hours may vary and include evenings, weekends, and holidays. The schedule will be based on business needs and may be subject to change. Responsibilities
