POSITION OVERVIEW

The City of Maple Ridge is excited to welcome passionate and experienced leaders to our children’s programming team! You’ll help shape inclusive and welcoming environments where every child feels safe and supported. In this front-line leadership role, you’ll also mentor staff and volunteers, model professionalism, and foster positive engagement throughout the program.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, adaptable, and confident in their ability to solve problems and calmly navigate challenging situations. You’ll be expected to exercise sound judgment within established policies and procedures and follow both written and verbal directions from supervisors.
