Operations & Activity Management Supervise day-to-day operations of the recreation department including pool, gym, kids club, sports areas, and activity programs. Coordinate and execute daily activity schedules, special events, and guest engagement programs. Ensure all facilities are clean, organized, and ready for guest use. Monitor attendance, ensure proper staffing levels, and adjust schedules as needed. 2. Guest Service Provide excellent service, ensuring guests feel welcomed, informed, and supported. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. Promote recreation programs, services, and special events to enhance guest experience. 3. Staff Supervision & Training Lead, coach, and motivate recreation team members to deliver high service standards. Conduct regular trainings on safety, equipment use, SOPs, and customer service. Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback. Assist in hiring and onboarding of new recreation team members. 4. Safety & Compliance Ensure all recreation areas meet health, safety, and hygiene standards. Conduct routine inspections of pools, gym equipment, sports areas, and kids’ facilities. Maintain accurate incident reports and ensure all safety guidelines are followed. Enforce hotel policies, lifeguard protocols (if applicable), and emergency procedures. 5. Administration & Reporting Maintain activity attendance records, inventory logs, and maintenance checklists. Manage equipment requests, stock levels, and coordinate repairs. Contribute to departmental budgets and cost-control efforts. Prepare daily or weekly operational reports for the Rooms Division Manager. Qualifications Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2–3 years experience in recreation, hospitality, or leisure operations. Supervisory or team leader experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
