Description
As a Recreation Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily operations of recreational facilities and activities. Your role involves ensuring guest satisfaction, managing the recreation team, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable recreational environment. Key Job Responsibilities: Supervise and lead the recreation team, including lifeguards and recreation attendants. Coordinate and oversee the setup and operation of recreational activities and events. Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and safety of recreational areas and equipment. Assist guests with equipment rentals and provide guidance on facility usage. Monitor the use of recreational equipment and report any issues or damage. Provide information to guests about available activities, schedules, and amenities. Maintain accurate records of guest participation and activity schedules. Collaborate with the Recreation Manager / Assistant Recreation Manager to promote recreational programs and events. Enforce safety rules and regulations in recreational areas to ensure guests’ well-being. Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests related to recreational services. Assist in the set-up and cleanup of recreational events and activities. Participate in maintaining safety and security measures in recreational facilities. Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of guests and colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
