Includes family/caregiver in education and training as appropriate as evidenced by observation and documentation.  * Plans for and carries out appropriate individual and group treatment sessions based on functional measurable goals as well as community re-entry programs as appropriate as evidenced by chart review, observation, and team feedback.  * Develops functional measurable goals and treatment plans that reflect the evaluation findings and are prioritized based on input from the patient, family, and treatment team and as evidenced by chart review; Formulates treatment plan incorporating premorbid preferences, interests, and participation level as evidenced by chart review.  * May perform additional duties as assigned.   Minimum Qualifications: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Recreational Therapy * Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 3 months of hire   We are Inova, Northern Virginia’s leading nonprofit healthcare provider.
