Description As a Recreation Therapy Assistant, you will be responsible for helping develop programs designed to improve the quality of life of our residents. You'll develop and execute activity programs, coordinate social activities and community outings, and assist other departments in programming needs. Essential Functions Include: Organize and lead enrichment activities for residents Complete documentation in relation to resident and activities Assist in program evaluation by documenting resident feedback and attendance Ability to lead a class in front of a group of residents; including a pool exercise class This position is Part-time at 18.5 hours per week. The schedule is as follows: Every other Weekend 9:30 am - 3:30 pm Tuesdays: 2:30 pm - 8:30 pm Thursdays: 5 pm - 7 pm Wage: starting at $14.15* Experience Considered Our mission to provide care in the spirit of Christian Love begins with our team's passion and teamwork.
