JOB SUMMARY:

Join our customer’s team as a Recreation Worker and play a pivotal role in designing, leading, and evaluating engaging group activities and community programs. You’ll have the opportunity to model effective engagement strategies while helping create inclusive, accessible recreation experiences that support wellness and education. Collaborate remotely with a passionate group of subject matter experts to help AI understand best practices in activity planning, safety, and accessibility.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated experience facilitating group activities or community recreation programs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and empathy.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
