Description
Associa is currently looking for a Recreational Technician to join our team in Saratoga Springs, UT. Recreation Attendant monitors resident and guest use of club facilities for adherence to the Rules & Regulations regarding facility use. In addition, will assist in functions/duties relating to the operation and maintenance of facilities, and maintain verification of residents’ membership to the club facilities, and surrounding facilities at the community.   What We Offer?   Compensation: $14.00 per hour; direct experience highly considered   How Our Employees Make an Impact: Our Recreation Attendants make a significant impact through the work they do, such as: * Responsible for regular contact with residents and guests using clubhouse facilities. Works very closely with the Lifestyle Director. * Responsible for the cleanliness of the club facility’s interior/exterior and its furniture and equipment, which includes, however is not limited to the following: Pool/ Spa: * Hose down the pool/ spa deck twice per week in accordance with the daily weekly duties schedule. * Test chemical levels daily. * Check water temperature twice daily. * Add water to the pool and spa (by hose) to the proper fill line. * Straighten pool area furniture, close umbrellas nightly (remove and store in high winds or inclement weather). * Empty trash cans. General Duties (Interior): * Informs residents and guests of Rules & Regulations as needed. * Requests proof of membership to club facilities by requesting to see Association-issued photo ID cards or a valid guest pass. * Clean the interior and exterior of all accessible glass windows and doors. * Sweep and mop/ polish non-carpeted floors. * Spot clean/ vacuum carpet as needed. * Spot clean any marks on the walls. * Empty wastebaskets/ trash cans as needed. * Remove any cob webs. * Replace accessible lamps/ light bulbs that have burned out. * Report any shortage of supplies to the Assistant General Manager. * Report any major (or structural) problems you notice. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications * Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.). * Professional customer service skills. * Interpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level. * Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player. * Time management and time-critical prioritization skills. * Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish fluent)
Responsibilities
The Recreational Technician monitors resident and guest use of club facilities to ensure adherence to rules, assists with facility operation and maintenance, and verifies memberships.
