Bachelor's degree or higher in Recreational Therapy or Therapeutic Recreation. Certification as a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) in good standing. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients effectively. Experience in behavioral management techniques is highly desirable. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Reliable source of transportation. Personal computer or tablet for documentation. Mileage reimbursement, expense reimbursement, flexible schedule.
