RECREATIONAL THERAPIST REQUIRED FOR SENIORS’ LIVING FACILITY.

• Help to coordinate, plan, and implement programs and recreation-based treatment activities for SL4/SL4D senior residents based on their needs.
• Leading, motivating, and assuming responsibility for residents in a variety of individual and group therapy programs, both in the facility and in the community.
• Consulting with the Manager in the selection of activities most appropriate to meet the residents’ needs and abilities, based on individual care plans.
• Recording statistics regarding residents’ progress and in ensuring the proper paperwork is completed for residents’ projects and outings.
