Shift Availability: 5pm-8pm- 1 week day EOW- 9am-4pm $500 sign-on BONUS Responsibilities: Implementation of recreational programs Monitor resident needs, preferences, and attendance Clinical Paperwork (care plans, assessments, progress notes) Calendar creation/prep and implementation of structured activities for a 34 bed LTC unit Assist with supervision, training, and overseeing activity staff Benefits: Generous paid time off, including additional holiday pay. 403(b) Retirement Plan with company match On-site Fitness Center and pool -- FREE for staff!
